Membership Information

1. Application

Membership dues are to accompany the application. If for some reason the application is not accepted into membership the dues will be returned to the applicant. The application of the prospective member shall be submitted to the board of directors at the regular monthly meeting. The board of directors will act on the application and present the application for approval at that time.

2. After Acceptance
Membership cards and receipt of dues will be mailed. You will begin to receive the IBSC newsletters. A Copy of the by-laws are available upon request.

3. Dues
Dues are annual, and are due in January of each year. Dues are considered delinquent after membership meeting in March of each year.

Dues Fee:
Family - $40.00
Individual Adult - $20.00
Individual Youth - $10.00

If dues become delinquent, then you must pay a late fee of $10.00 per family or $5 per individual memberships.

Payment is cash, or checks made out to Illinois Boots and Saddle Club. Present in person at a show or meeting or mail application and dues:
